1. Introduction

Economy Gas Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality gas cylinder collection and delivery services. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the procedures for requesting a refund.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Worldpay, a recognised and trusted payment service provider. All transactions are subject to Worldpay’s terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Where the service has not been provided due to an error on our part.

  • Where goods supplied (including gas cylinders) are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Where duplicate payments or billing errors have occurred.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of service delivery or order completion by using the following contact details:

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • Order number or payment reference.

  • Detailed reason for the refund request.

  • Any relevant supporting documentation or evidence (e.g., photographs of damaged goods).

5. Refund Procedure
  • Upon receipt of your refund request, we will acknowledge your enquiry within three (3) business days.

  • We may require further information or clarification to assess the refund request adequately.

  • Where applicable, arrangements will be made for the return or collection of faulty goods.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Worldpay and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Please be advised that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following instances:

  • Change of mind or customer ordering errors, except where otherwise expressly agreed.

  • Services provided as agreed and without fault.

  • Loss or damage resulting from negligence or misuse by the customer.

7. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback initiated through your card issuer or bank, Economy Gas Services Ltd reserves the right to contest such claims with Worldpay by providing evidence of service delivery and transaction details.
