Delivery Information:

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your gas within five working days of your order.

No Empty Bottle? No Problem! - Cylinder Refill Agreement:
We understand that not everyone has an empty Calor cylinder to exchange. That's why, if you don't have an empty bottle, Calor offers a Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA). This agreement allows you to obtain a new, full Calor cylinder even if you don't have an empty one to swap.

What is a Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA)?

The CRA is essentially an agreement with Calor that enables you to possess and use a Calor gas cylinder. Crucially, the cylinder remains the property of Calor Gas Limited at all times. It's not a rental agreement or a deposit.
When you purchase a gas bottle for the first time without an empty to exchange, you pay a "Refill Agreement Charge." This charge grants you the right to exchange that specific cylinder for a pre-filled one in the future, simply by paying for the gas inside.

How it Works:

No Empty Bottle? Purchase a CRA: If you don't have an empty Calor cylinder of the same type to exchange, you will need to purchase a Cylinder Refill Agreement form in addition to the cost of the gas itself.

Future Exchanges: Once you have a Calor cylinder under a CRA, you can then exchange it for a full one of the same type and category whenever it's empty, and you'll only pay for the gas refill.

Returning the Cylinder: Should you no longer need the cylinder, you can return it to an authorised Calor outlet. Depending on the length of time you've had the agreement and the condition of the cylinder, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the original Refill Agreement Charge.
